Sundays
As we gather each week, we seek to honor the risen Lord in a variety of ways, all aiming to glorify God in the unity of the Holy Spirit. Everyone is invited to participate in the following areas of worship:
Praying:
Every week, we open our service with a short time of corporate prayer focused on praising God and readying our hearts for the rest of the service.
Singing:
We enjoy a wide variety of contemporary music led with vocals and simple instrumentation.
Learning:
The Bible is our final and supreme authority—so we treasure it in our preaching. While we occasionally have topical series, verse-by-verse preaching of the text is normal. When God's Word speaks, we listen.
Sharing:
Many weeks, we close the service by allowing members of the church—from 8-year-olds to 80-year-olds—to encourage the rest of the congregation by sharing the ways God is moving in their lives.
Throughout the Week
We value each other's time, so we keep our meetings the rest of the week to a minimum. We spend one evening each on youth ministry and corporate prayer. The rest of the week we keep free, allowing people the opportunity to build up their families and the freedom to engage in life and ministry as God leads.
